Last Hurrah 2: Skirting the Windy City, or How to Miss Chicago Traffic

I woke up at 4:30 and was on the road by 5: 90 - 290 - 94. The rain slowed things a bit, but leaving early was the key. They really need to lose those toll booths (hands grabbing change): gotta be a way.
