Without Lifting A Finger

Saw the Nutcracker  (Dec. 22) there instead of the Pasadena Civic or Long Beach. Something different. Not the Russians, but an OK production and a very interesting venue. Afterwards we went up to Old Town Pasadena for dinner.                                          

Not the one in the Rose Bowl, the one at Pasadena City College. Not very impressive IMHO--and even the wife (the flea market frequenter) says it's smaller than the one in Long Beach @ LBCC--but it was a beautiful day for wandering around and looking at junk. Afterwards we went to Old Town Pasadena (which we usually only get to once a year) and had lunch and wandered some more. Here's a few characters I almost brought home:
